Renewable Electrics

Renewable Electrics

Green Warmth have two in-house electricians that can provide professional qualified renewable electric installations to ensure your new renewable systems work and comply as specified.

Electrics form a large part of the renewable installation and often need to be upgraded or added to before work commences in-time for your renewable system.

Our electrician is fully qualified to BPEC standards for solar PV and battery solutions. The work involved to ensure the system is safe and does not have any future issues is a key decision to get right in the design stages.

By having our own in-house electricians, that work can be completed to the correct timescale for your air or ground source heat pump and avoid the clients making multiple calls between trades.

Air and Ground Source Electrics?

Air Source Heat Pumps and ground source require different electrical set ups both internally within your plan room and externally providing the right size cabling to the heat pump. These supplies need to go back safely to the board and often involve a DNO application to National Grid, which Green Warmth can complete on our customers behalf.

We also support with advice to general electricians and can direct them to our online resource centre for up-to-date electric schematics.

Often our electricians will add a new consumer unit with correctly specified RCBO’s, SPD’s and MCB dependent on the size of the heat pump designed.

Solar and Battery Electrics

It is essential to ensure solar PV electrics are done correctly and to the right specification for the solar PV and inverter. Having an experienced solar PV electrician to install the kit to the manufacturers conditions saves time and effort in the long term.

Green Warmth hold all these accreditations to ensure that the job is done to a high standard and offer a 2-year workmanship warranty on all work completed.

Green Warmth is Wales longest serving MCS accredited company for renewable heating.
